You can set the panel in: Discussion, forums, blogs, videos, interviews and other places where they have the comments.

Installation:
Download the file below and upload it to the root.
Open the plugin file. ??? ??????? group_discussion_view.tpl For example group_discussion_view.tpl
Search:
{include file=’header.tpl’} (include file = ‘header.tpl’)
The following insert:
